Crombie Wilkinson acts for private individuals and owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs in numerous sectors such as professional services, agriculture, property, food and retail, as well as Trusts and Educational Establishments. The firm operates from 3 locations throughout North Yorkshire, priding itself on quality and consistency (the firm is both Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accredited).
The changing legal landscape, and increased opportunities to drive case throughput, impelled Crombie Wilkinson to research the legal software marketplace for a more appropriate and future-proof practice management solution. Following a full review of available solutions, aided by a leading management consultant, Crombie Wilkinson selected Eclipse’s Proclaim system.
The practice is implementing Proclaim for all staff, with Case Management Software solutions in the conveyancing, matrimonial, employment, personal injury, debt recovery and probate teams. In addition, Crombie Wilkinson is taking a Proclaim Matter Management solution for non-prescriptive work areas such as commercial law and dispute resolution. To complete the Practice Management implementation, the firm is migrating to Proclaim Accounts from its incumbent system and is taking Eclipse’s new Credit Control Centre module.
