Hill Dickinson, a UK Top 40 ranked law firm with more than 1,000 staff, has selected Eclipse’s Proclaim Case Management software solution for its expanding Personal Injury team.
Hill Dickinson provides legal services for a diverse range of commercial clients across a broad range of sectors. The firm also has a successful non-fault personal injury division managing road traffic claims, employers’ liability, public liability, package holiday, and fatal accident claims. Rapid growth in these areas resulted in the practice analysing the case management marketplace for an appropriate solution.
The decision was made to implement Eclipse’s Proclaim software solution for an initial tranche of 50 users. Proclaim will provide a complete desktop solution for the firm’s staff, providing a full suite of case management tools including data handling, document production, workflow procedures, and task management.
