What do we need?
We’re growing fast and we need bright, motivated individuals with a passion for IT and a belief in excellent customer service to join our technical development team. As such we need a Technical Analyst, to be responsible for troubleshooting issues within our product, help to maintain internal development systems, help maintain our internal MSSQL database, assist our developers with technical issues, maintain web portals and deal with technical pre-sales questions.
Who are you?
You will have the ability to multitask and possess excellent communication skills and good networking knowledge. You will have good problem solving abilities and also a meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst being a reliable and conscientious team player.
MSSQL Server (2012 and above)
IIS (7.5 and above)
Strong Azure cloud background
Proven background building CI/CD pipelines using automation tools (VSTS)
Good Windows server knowledge (2008 and above)
Good Windows client OS knowledge (7 and above)
Familiarity with containerisation technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience working with Developers within SCRUM/ Agile frameworks
Full training on our Proclaim software will be provided.

9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Office based at our Bradford Premises however some travel to client sites may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
