Digital Marketplace (G-Cloud)

Eclipse’s Proclaim software solution is now available through the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Digital Marketplace (previously known as G-Cloud).

The CCS works with both departments and organisations across the whole of the public sector to ensure maximum value is extracted from every commercial relationship and improve the quality of service delivery. The CCS’s goal is to become the “go-to” place for expert commercial and procurement services.

The Digital Marketplace is used to select services and offers the public sector a cheaper, quicker and more transparent way to procure the services they need.

Offering services within the Digital Marketplace now provides Eclipse with an opportunity to promote its facilities directly to organisations within the public sector -but without going through long-winded procurement cycles.

Eclipse offers services within Lot 3 on the Government’s Digital Marketplace:

Lot 3 Software as a Service (SaaS)
Under Lot 3 framework, Eclipse provides the capability to use its Proclaim system on a cloud infrastructure. The applications are accessible from various client devices through either a thin client interface, such as a web browser, or a program interface. Eclipse controls the underlying cloud infrastructure including networks, servers, operating systems and storage.

Eclipse’s presence in the Digital Marketplace brings a number of benefits to consumers:

  • Greater transparency
  • Flexibility
  • A clearer, faster way to buy
  • Better value for the taxpayer
  • Industry leading Proclaim technology in the Cloud
