Wisecall Claims Assistance Ltd, based in Washington, Tyne and Wear, has chosen Eclipse’s Proclaim Case Management software as its core claims handling system.
Wisecall was set up in early 1999 to supply a full suite of services to brokers and intermediaries nationwide. The firm provides complete management of motor insurance claims; fully underwritten legal expenses insurance; and services for clients including breakdown recovery, replacement vehicles, accident repairs, and personal injury claims.
Following sustained growth, Wisecall analysed the case management marketplace for solutions that would both streamline existing operations, and provide headroom for further business development. The decision was made to implement Eclipse’s Proclaim software solution for an initial tranche of 40 staff. Proclaim is recognised as the leading case management solution in the claims and personal injury sectors and provides a complete ‘end-to-end’ desktop productivity solution for claims handlers.
