Leading UK Personal Injury (PI) specialist, Fletchers Solicitors, has agreed a six-figure deal for a bespoke implementation of Eclipse Legal Systems’ Proclaim Case Management software solution.
Fletchers specialises in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, with particular emphasis on motorcycle cases. The firm approached a range of leading IT providers to seek a new firm-wide practice management solution. Following an in-depth review, Fletchers chose Eclipse’s Proclaim software. Fletchers Operations Manager, Dan Taylor, comments:
“In today’s competitive legal services market, it is more important than ever to operate at maximum efficiency. In an increasingly service-driven sector, we saw a real opportunity to generate significant competitive advantage through process efficiency, automation and service enhancement. As a medium-sized practice, we have greater flexibility to innovate than some of the biggest firms, and we have decided to seize this chance to position ourselves ahead of the competition.
“Having put together a very demanding set of specifications, we ultimately concluded that Eclipse’s Proclaim solution – which enjoys an excellent reputation in the PI arena – best matched our requirements in terms of speed, accuracy, flexibility and ease of use. Eclipse has also agreed to undertake bespoke development to meet our specific requirements in areas such as allowing clients to review and update information online and in supporting automated communication through a full range of media, including text and emails.”
The six-figure deal will see Proclaim rolled out to around 100 staff. Eclipse will carry out a data conversion from the firm’s current financial software and will implement Proclaim Accounts to complete the full ‘Practice Management’ swapout.
Eclipse Sales Director, Russell Thomson, adds:
“Investing in a market-leading solution like Proclaim will put Fletchers in a strong position to continue operating profitably – and enhance its competitive edge – as the legal market continues to evolve. We are delighted to welcome Fletchers onboard, and look forward to a great working relationship.”
