Eclipse wins "Integrated System of the Year" accolade

Legal software specialist, Eclipse Legal Systems, has been awarded the “Integrated System of the Year” accolade for its Proclaim software suite.

The announcement was made at the Legal Technology Awards (LTAs), held on 31st January at the Marriott Grosvenor Square in London. The LTAs recognise and celebrate excellence in the provision and implementation of technology solutions for the benefit of legal practice. The 2008 awards represented the third annual event, launched by Legalease (publisher of Legal Technology Journal, Legal Business and the Legal 500 series).

Eclipse’s Proclaim system won the prestigious “Integrated System of the Year” award based upon its market-leading suite of fee earner and back-office tools. Proclaim provides a complete solution to law firm needs, encompassing case and process management; document management and scanning; practice financials; and billing.

The 2008 Awards shortlisting process was the toughest yet, and involved a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style presentation to a demanding panel of industry experts.

Eclipse’s Sales Director, Russell Thomson, comments:

“To win the ‘Integrated System of the Year’ award is a fabulous testament to just how far Eclipse has come. We are dedicated to building software solutions that provide real productivity tools for our clients – on both an individual and a firm-wide level. We work very closely with our end-users to ascertain precisely what they want from a software system, and this approach is serving both them and us extremely well in driving continued growth and market success.”
