Leading case management software developer, Eclipse Legal Systems, celebrated one of the most successful 6-month periods in its history by last month flying 30 staff to La Tania, in the French Alps.
The weekend-long staff conference and team-building exercise represented the third overseas conference for Eclipse staff in as many years, the previous two being based in Prague and Benalmadena (Spain).
The conference also celebrated news that the first half of the 2005-6 financial year has been one of Eclipse’s most successful periods to date. The total number of ‘new business’ enquiries received is up 33% on the same period from 2004-5, with new client unit sales up by a similar amount (32%).
Eclipse attributes the results to its sustained efforts in both ‘new client’ marketing and existing client relations. Marketing Manager, Darren Gower, comments:
“As well as spreading the word amongst the marketplace in general, a focus on ongoing client relationships is of huge importance. Eclipse has a number of strategies in place to ensure that our clients are not only well informed, but that they are actively assisted in getting the most from their investment in IT. Testament to this is the number of ‘referral’ sales we receive from our clientbase, which is a key yardstick by which we judge our ongoing success.”
