Data Storage

Proclaim®’s powerful database stores all your contacts – Clients, Experts, Solicitors, Counsel, etc – and records all correspondence, be it phone calls, letters, faxes or e-mails. Incoming mail can be scanned into Proclaim® and logged against the relevant contact to provide a complete on-screen case summary.

Document Production

Fast and effortless document and form production means that at the start of a case, it’s possible to generate all relevant documentation automatically at the touch of a button, saving you time to be productive elsewhere. Intelligent documents are contextually sensitive – letters look personalised, not mass-produced.

Workflow

Powerful workflow tools allow you to automate case processes and trim the administrative fat from caseloads. Workflow can be as controlled or as free as you like, ensuring that all case handlers deal with clients in agreement with your firm’s guidelines.

Reports

A user-definable reporting facility can be tailored for each user, department or activity. Standard reports are provided with Proclaim®, e.g. cases opened between dates or allocated to a particular fee earner; cases with no activity since a certain date; work in progress, etc.

The reporting system enables any information held within Proclaim® to be configured into a report – to be exported into Microsoft Excel if required for advanced manipulation. Reports can even be scheduled for creation and distribution at set times and dates, requiring no manual intervention!

Document Collation

Proclaim® includes a Document Collation tool, which enables you to create a single, paginated 'pack' incorporating any number of separate documents. This lends itself to a wide range of uses, including creation of Court Bundles and HIPs.

Diary & Task Lists

A full diary facility is linked with all case activities, with automated reminders to ensure important events are not overlooked. The diary system provides a powerful tool that can be set up to allow actions to be carried out automatically, e.g. send a chase-up fax for a reply to an initial letter, etc. All actions are logged to create an accurate audit trail.

Text Messaging

SMS (text) messaging is available at the click of a button, direct to your contacts’ mobile phones to keep them up to date with developments (e.g. “searches completed”, “please call me asap”, etc.)

Online Case Tracking

Proclaim® can automatically publish selected matter data to a secure web site – enabling your practice to make information available to private clients, estate agents, referrers, etc. around the clock, without picking up the phone, or putting pen to paper.

Business Development

Proclaim® is designed to link easily with outside bodies – e.g. NLIS online search providers, referral bodies, business partners, etc to enable you to take full advantage of new business opportunities.
