A powerful database holds your entire library of Solicitor clients, Experts and Patients and stores relevant details in the correct correspondent’s file – incoming/outgoing mail, faxes and even photographic evidence.
Data regarding doctors’ costs, appointment waiting times, availability, etc can be stored, enabling you to access valuable management information.

Proclaim® can automatically publish matter data to a secure web site – enabling your firm to make information available to clients around the clock, without picking up the phone, or putting pen to paper.
In addition, SMS text messaging enables you to contact patients quickly and inexpensively, direct to their mobile phones. Issuing this method of contact can drastically reduce the number of ‘dna’ (‘did not attend’) events!
Document Creation & Management
Fast and effortless document and form production means that at the start of a case, it’s possible to generate all relevant documentation automatically at the touch of a button. Intelligent documents are contextually sensitive – letters look personalised, not mass-produced. Document Management facilities enable you to scan all incoming correspondence to be linked with the relevant file, providing complete onscreen case histories and avoiding the need to keep space-consuming paper-based archives.
Case Importation
New or amended case information received electronically from clients, be it one case or 1,000, can be automatically imported into Proclaim® – in the right format and attached to the right cases – at the click of a button. Compared to a case worker manually entering details of hundreds of cases, this saves days of time and effort.
Management Reports
A range of standard reports is included, with the option to define your own, based upon any items of historical data within the database. For example, you could run a report on all GPs within a certain geographical area, listed by their actual appointment waiting list times, average cost per report, etc.
Reports can even be scheduled to automatically run and distribute to appropriate parties (internal or external) with no manual intervention required!
