Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant will join our existing Sales and Marketing team, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role requires full coverage of the Sales process, from generating leads through to managing ongoing relationships and successfully closing deals.

Possessing a good track-record of winning new business, candidates will be target-driven and determined to succeed. They must be tenacious, capable of generating new opportunities from scratch, and must be confident and successful cold-callers.

Strong IT skills and a clean driving licence are essential.

Location: based at our offices in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Accounts Support Consultant

The first port of call for clients using our Accounts software, you will be taking and resolving queries that arrive via phone and email. Dealing mainly with cashiers / legal accounting staff, you will not only solve problems / skills gaps that individuals are experiencing with specific software features, but you will also often need to guide them through specific legal accounting and legislative procedures to enable them to get the most from our system.

The role may also require liaison with our Accounts development team to work on software enhancements and ongoing development projects.

Location: Office-based at our Bradford premises.

Essential skills / qualifications / qualities:

- A background in either legal cashiering, or legal accounts software support
- At least 12 months working knowledge of solicitors accounting rules (SAR)
- Residing within easy travelling distance of our Bradford office

Trainer - Case Management Software

You will be responsible for delivering initial product training for our clients. The role involves all of the following:

- Delivering of classroom-style, pre-prepared training sessions for small groups (between 1-6 individuals)
- Preparation of training documentation, and related administrative tasks
- Delivering pre-prepared and bespoke sessions to clients at their premises

Office-based at our Bradford premises, UK-wide travel will be required, including overnight stays.

Support Consultant / HelpDesk

Reporting to the Senior Support Consultant, you will join our existing Support team, providing assistance to users of our Proclaim Case Management software.

Providing first-line support to our clients, you will deal with a varied level of IT user, from novices through to technical administrators, and will take initial enquiries through to a successful resolution. Enquiries will be mainly related to our bespoke Proclaim software, but will also involve Microsoft products and networking.

Office-based at our Bradford premises, you will likely be a graduate - possibly Computer Science or related discipline - perhaps with commercial IT Helpdesk experience. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel is required, as is knowledge of networking and hardware issues.

You will be an excellent communicator at all levels - both with clients and colleagues. An appreciation of the urgency and importance of our clients' needs is desirable, as is some experience in an IT support environment. Full training will be given on our Proclaim software.
