The Legal Technology Awards recognise and celebrate excellence in the provision and implementation of technology solutions for the benefit of legal practice. Eclipse’s Proclaim® system won the prestigious ‘Integrated System of the Year’ award based upon its market-leading suite of fee earner and back-office tools.

Law Society’s Software Solutions Guide

Eclipse has featured in the Law Society’s annual Software Solutions Guide every year since 2003. The very latest (2008) Guide rates Eclipse 1st in 4 of the overall categories researched by the Law Society’s independent team: Improving Overall Efficiency and Effectiveness; Client Commitment to Our Solutions; Client Likelihood to Recommend Eclipse to Other Firms; and Professionalism of Sales Approach.

LSSA

The Legal Software Suppliers Association (LSSA) is the UK industry body for legal systems developers and vendors. Eclipse provides the website design and hosting service for the LSSA, and our very own Russell Thomson (Sales Director) is the LSSA Vice-Chairman.

Deloitte Fast 50

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is an award programme honouring business growth, technological innovation and UK entrepreneurial spirit. Deloitte (one of the world’s leading professional services firms) has ranked Eclipse within its Fast 50 tables for the past 3 years in succession.

MASS

The Motor Accident Solicitors Society plays a key role in monitoring and promoting the services of solicitors involved within accident claims and RTA markets. Eclipse has long supported the organisation, and we count among our clientbase many of its serving board member firms.

APIL

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers is an independent, not for profit organisation providing accreditation to lawyers specialising in the area of personal injury law. APIL boasts around 5,000 members, and Eclipse plays an active role in providing many members with our Proclaim® PI Case Management software.

Council for Licensed Conveyancers

The Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) is the regulatory body for Licensed Conveyancers who are qualified specialist property lawyers. Eclipse has an excellent relationship with the CLC, and many member firms utilise our Proclaim® Conveyancing software

Claims Standards Council

The Claims Standards Council (CSC) is the trade association which represents claims management businesses and aims to ensure that a balanced view of the claims management sector is promoted to lawyers, insurers, the government and the consumer.  Eclipse is an Associate Member of the CSC, and many of its member firms utilise our Proclaim Case Management software to manage their operations.

PISCES

The PISCES (Property Information Systems Common Exchange Standard) organisation works to develop and promote the adoption of e-business standards that enable the property industry to function effectively and efficiently. Eclipse is an Associate Member, and has several key law firm clients playing vital senior roles within PISCES.
