You will join our existing Support team, providing assistance to users of our Proclaim Case Management software.
Responsibilities
Providing first-line support to our clients who make contact with our Support team primarily via telephone, but also via email, fax, and the Eclipse website. Dealing with a varied level of IT user, from novices through to technical administrators, you will take initial enquiries and lead them through to a successful resolution. Enquiries will be mainly related to our bespoke Proclaim software, but will also involve Microsoft products (Windows, Office, etc).
Location
Office-based at our Bradford premises.
Skills / qualifications / qualities
Overall and desirable qualities
You will be an excellent communicator at all levels – both with clients and colleagues. An appreciation of the urgency and importance of our clients’ needs is desirable, and some experience in an IT support environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Full training will be given on our Proclaim software.
